Depuis 2002, Median Technologies repousse les limites de l'identification, de l'interprétation, de l'analyse et de la communication des données d'imagerie pour le monde médical. Le cœur de notre activité est le développement de logiciels et de plateformes innovants d’imagerie pour les essais cliniques en oncologie, l’aide au diagnostic et le suivi des patients atteints de cancers ; ces logiciels ont pour but d’améliorer la prise en charge des patients souffrant de cancers en aidant à l’identification des pathologies, à la mise au point et à la sélection de thérapies adaptées aux patients (médecine de précision).

Notre activité est à la convergence de plusieurs disciplines telles que la médecine, l’imagerie médicale et les technologies de l’information. Nos collaborateurs possèdent des expertises scientifiques (intelligence artificielle, sciences des données), techniques (logiciel, cloud computing), médicales, réglementaires, et de business development toutes utilisées dans le développement et la mise sur le marché de nos applications et des services qui leur sont associés. Présentation du poste

In the context of our AI-based medical imaging platform development, we are looking for a Clinical Science Director M/F to be part of the Clinical Science and Partnership team.
The Clinical Science Director will design and execute the clinical validation studies of imaging biomarkers related to Median’s proprietary iBiopsy® products and present results internally and externally, and manage collaborations and external development partners (including public and private organizations). She / he will own the strategic & tactical input at the clinical data level as well as feeding the data stream to the Data Sciences team and also provide stategic input to the Global Marketing, Data Sciences, Program Management, Software Dev., Business Excellence and Regulatory Affairs, while spearheading strategic KOLs, Academic Centers and BioPharma partnerships around Lung Cancer, Liver Cancer and Liver Diseases. She / he has great leaderships skills and will manage a team of 6+ clinical scientists and other clinical / medical professionals.

Missions

o Position attached to Clinical Science and Partnership, under the supervision of the Chief Medical Officer.
o Tasks :
-Management of project timelines and delivery of clinical studies as well as professional status and planning reports, active management of database-related study monitoring and study reporting by independently supporting multiple programs
-Clinically Validate fit-for-purpose imaging biomarker programs.
-Interface with Data Sciences and Software Dev. team to ensure proper endpoints related to technological validation of biomarkers
-Serves as interface between team effort for product development.
-Maintain expertise as it pertains to biomarker discovery and patient outcomes pertinent to ibiopsy clinical development roadmap, through keeping abreast of literature, attending relevant meetings, and liaison with external experts in the field
-Prepare internal and external scientific presentations, research manuscripts and review articles, as required.
-Provide sound clinical advice during clinical product development phase.
-Assist with clinical study design and support imaging biomarker development, validation and implementation.
-Provide input during clinical risk assessment process and usability from clinical perspective.
-Assess clinical workflow related to patient diagnosis and treatments.

Profil recherché

o Education: PhD or Master’s degree in cellular and/or molecular biology

o Experience:
 8-10 years’ experience in clinical environment with specific experience in oncologic translational research
 Imaging Biomarkers is a plus as well as Diagnostic Imaging
 omics-based disease characterization
 hepatology, oncology, pulmonology and radiology a plus
 Product Development from TPP & positioning to clinical data, clinical studies to registrations and approvals
 Leadership, team management experience, x-functional team collaboration
 Experience of Clinical data collection, data analysis, data management with all the fundamentals like collection, curation, segmentation, annotation, validation
 Software as a Medical Device exposure, or Pharma exposure or both


o Knowledge :Familiarity with scientific and technical advances in the oncology field, as well fields of radiology, hepatology and pulmonology.

o Skills: Able to develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders from various internal and external functions to ensure intended goals are accomplished in timely manner.

o Qualities :
 Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills as well as ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
 Self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision.
 Fluent in written and oral English.
