Job description

In the context of our development, we are looking for a: Medical Manager China M/F.

Be the expert radiologist dedicated to the company operations in China, closely supporting teams in delivering imaging services to customers. At the edge of medical imaging, be a key contributor in this endeavor, improving the outcome of drug development and patient care through innovative medical technology.

Assignments

Presentation of activities and main tasks linked to the job

o   Position attached to the Medical Affairs Department

o   Medical expert in relation with imaging services delivered to customers (mainly for drug development clinical trials)

§  Consult with customers as an imaging expert

§  Review key imaging documentation (Imaging Review Charters, Image Acquisition Guidelines, Training material…) to check relevance regarding imaging and study protocol

§  Manage Readers: search, recruit, select, train and monitor independent readers, promote readers capabilities

§  Train stakeholders on medical topics (staff and project stakeholders)

o   Medical expert contributing to

§  Analysis and answers to Requests For Information and Requests For Proposals, extracting key study parameters and requirements

§  Definition of products, services offering, processes, methods and tools around imaging services

§  R&D and scientific projects, white papers, scientific papers and conferences

Profile required

Searched profile

o   Education: Relevant degree or MD/PhD/board certified Radiologist

o   At least 3 years’ experience in:

§  Either drug development and clinical trials, and/or

§  Clinical experience minimum (Clinical experience in oncology preferred)

o   Additional requirements:

§  Native Chinese

§  Fluent English oral and written communication skills

§  Willingness to work closely with a multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural team
