Job description

Integrated in the Human Resources Department, under the supervision of the Chief of Human Resources and Administration officer, the HR Administration Partner is responsible for onboarding, staff administration and outboarding activities for Median Technologies. SIRH support worldwide.

Assignments

  • Prepare and supervise onboarding activities
    • Integration of hired candidates (red carpet)
  • Staff administration:
    • Prepare work contracts, and ensure full staff integration in all HR systems.
    • Responsible for preparing necessary amendments to employee's contracts, and maintaining up-to-date comprehensive employee personnel records for employees. Update ADP on all administration topics except on salary topics.
    • Follow up of changes in employee’s file
    • Health visits follow up
    • Health plan registration
    • Update of job descriptions and resumes in Master Control
    • Remote working management
    • Follow up trial period
    • Follow up professional cars : edit convention and calculate indemnity
    • Communicate changes to Median Staff
    • Remove documents from employee files after 1st payslip (GDPR)
    • Provide information to staff concerning administration and legal matters and maintain personnel databases with updated and accurate information.
  • Backup on payroll management when Payroll & Training Manager is absent
    Communicate payroll information to integrate
  • Backup on training management when Payroll & Training Manager is absent
  • Prepare and supervise outboarding activities :
    • Manage resignation
    • Send FORMER to Admin/IT
    • Remove documents from employee files (GDPR)
  • Manage work permit process : collect, follow up, work authorization request
  • General support for specific HR projects

Profile required

  • Education: Bachelor level
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of similar professional experience or specific previous experience in Human Resources
  • Additional requirements:
    • Proficiency in MS Office
    • Skills: Strong organizational and planning skills, autonomous, team spirit, proactiveness, detail oriented, excellent presentation, deadline management and confidentiality data management.
    • Oral and written communication skills.
    • Curious to learn new things.
    • Ability to take up new challenges and to adapt easily.
    • Bilingual English with a stay abroad preferably
