Job description

Under the supervision of the Head of Human Resources, Administration, provide support on administrative and human resources issues.

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant (F/M) in work-study contract.

Assignments

  1. General Administration
    - Physical reception, mail management and sorting 
    - UPS preparation and dispatch 
    - Travel and expense management (Egencia)
    - Business cards (order, follow-up, dispatch)
    - Management of office supplies
    - Organization of meetings and events
    - Access badge management
    - Time sheet follow-up 
    - Management of company vehicles
  2. Facilities
    - Supplier management (cleaning agents, coffee, fruit, etc.)
    - Responsible for premises prevention training for new employees.

Profile required

Education : In the process of acquiring a vocational baccalaureate in secretarial work or a Bts in executive assistant.

Experience: At least one first experience preferred

Additional requirements Knowledge:  Office Pack and Outlook

Skills: Organizational and planning skills, autonomy, team spirit, proactivity, attention to detail, excellent presentation, ability to manage deadlines and confidential data.

Minimum intermediate level of English.
