Job description

We are looking for a Sales Administration Trainee, M/F starting in July for a period of 6 months.

The Business Development Support is looking for an intern. The mission of this department is to support the international commercial development of Median Technologies. The scope is wide: commercial support, administrative management, contracting with customers, satisfaction surveys… Our future intern will assist the BD support manager in managing contracts with customers, maintaining quality of CRM (Salesforce), internal communication with other departments, clients and partners’ relationships, satisfaction, regular reporting and KPIs.

Assignments

o Position attached to Business Development Support, under the supervision of Senior Manager, Business Development Support
o Management of CRM data quality
o Satisfaction survey development and results’ analysis
o Contracting management (signature, communication)
o Reporting and KPIs

Profile required

o Education: Business administration/Management/Commerce
o A first experience in a company would be appreciated
o Knowledge of Pack Office and other business tools
o Salesforce knowledge is a plus
o English intermediate level
o Autonomous and rigorous
